Warranty Policy

What's Covered?

COOSTART offers a two-year limited warranty that includes a one-year standard warranty and a one-year deferred warranty, protecting against defects in workmanship and materials for two years from the purchase date. COOSTART will repair or replace its product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. This limited warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. COOSTART’s liability to the customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any representations or promises inconsistent with, or in addition to, this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon COOSTART.

Warranty Period

We offer the following warranty policy for all our products:

Standard Warranty: All products are covered by a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Deferred Warranty: In addition to the standard warranty period, we offer an additional one-year deferred warranty. By activating the Deferred Warranty, your product will be covered for a total of two years (12 months Standard Warranty + 12 months Deferred Warranty).

In exceptional cases, the product warranty will adhere to the specific event policy described on the event page.

How to Benefit from Your Extended Warranty

  1. For Purchases on Shopify: No registration is required. You can benefit from COOSTART's extended warranty immediately after purchase.
  2. For Purchases on Amazon: To ensure you can benefit from our extended warranty service, please follow these steps:

  • Your email

      Visit the Extended Warranty Form Page

      Click here to visit our extended warranty form pageFill In and Submit the Form:

  • Enter your information on the form page.
  • Confirm that all information is correct, then click the "Submit" button.
Confirm Activation:
  • After entering your information, the extended warranty will be automatically activated. You will benefit from the extended warranty immediately.
Warranty Coverage

Applicability:

  • Our product warranty only applies to products purchased through Amazon brand stores (Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Amazon Japan) and our official website.
  • Products purchased by third-party authorized distributors and retailers will not be covered by our direct warranty.

Authorized Distributors and Retailers:

  • For products purchased through COOSTART authorized distributors and retailers, warranty claims related to quality will be handled directly through these distributors and retailers.
  • Our team of professionals will take care of the warranty service to ensure that you receive prompt and efficient support.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@coostart.net and enter “warranty claim” in the subject line. Please include the following info in your email:

  • Photo of the damaged product showing the issue
  • Copy of your sales receipt or order number
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Shipping address for the replacement and phone number

Providing all of the information above will help to expedite the review of your claim. We will evaluate your claim (typically within 3-5 business days) to determine if it qualifies for a warranty replacement and will contact you via email regarding the status of the claim. Should the case need to be returned for inspection, COOSTART is not liable for cases that are damaged or lost in transit to COOSTART.

Products Not Covered by Warranty

Products listed below are not eligible for a warranty claim:

  • Free products (given to you through social media giveaways, redeemed with Super User Points, earned through Referral Program, etc.)
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have passed their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources (including wear and tear)
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Gifts purchased by others

COOSTART is not liable for:

  • Loss of data incurred from the use of COOSTART products
  • Returning personal items sent to COOSTART

Limitation of Liability

For quality-related warranty claims, COOSTART will offer a new replacement item of equal value according to the extent of the item’s defect. In situations where replacement is not an available or preferred option, COOSTART will offer a refund according to the usage time of the item.

COOSTART’s warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

Replacement is qualified for warranty claims if the original purchase is still under the warranty period. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
